What are your hours?
Due to the nature of this work, my schedule can vary greatly. In general, though, I am available Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. EST, and Saturday as needed for an extra charge. I do not work on Sundays or major US holidays.
What are your rates?
Due to the wide range of services I provide, pricing varies considerably based on the complexity and duration of the work. Please contact me for a free, no-obligation quote.
Do you offer assistance for in-person providers?
Yes, I’m happy to do so—with the caveat that my experience lies in the online adult industry. In other words, I don’t know all the tools and processes, and may need some training. I’m confident in my adaptability, however, and I’ll offer a steep discount to account for this limitation. If you’re interested, contact me.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes, absolutely! Just please be sure to mention where you’re based when you reach out, so I can account for conversion rates and fees in your custom quote.
What services do you NOT provide?
I don’t offer sexting/chatting, website development and design, heavy photo and video editing, or services that cannot be completed virtually. Anything else, just ask.
Will I have to sign a contract?
In order to ensure all parties have clear expectations and protection, I do require a signed non-fixed term contract before any work begins. This document details the agreed-upon scope of work, cost of services, and other important terms and conditions, and it can be terminated by either party at any time.
What is your refund policy?
In the event that I am unable to complete services due to illness, accident, or personal reasons, I will provide a full refund within 10 business days. I do not provide refunds in any other circumstances.
Are you affiliated with an agency or management company?
No, nor is my business itself an agency or management company. I provide paid virtual assistance only.
Do you use generative AI in the course of your work?
Never. In fact I am militantly anti-AI and find tools like ChatGPT morally reprehensible. Rest assured that your data and intellectual property are safe with me.
Why the Assistanatrix?
Mostly because it amuses me. It also pleases the part of me that always dreamt of being a pro-Domme and was crushed to discover I kinda sucked at it.
